Dance and a story

Hey people,

Hope your all well and in the best of health, the holidays have begun and this is my last blog till the new year I will keep updating pictures but no talking for which I suppose you may or may not be happy about.

I went to a mothers and daughters dance night arranged by my dear friend Noreen and Amira, we had a buffet with music lights and a photographer for 2 hours to snaps us all, there was also a bouncy castle. We had an amazing time partying, all the ladies who cover up wore amazing dresses, hair and make-up was done and I didn't even recognize them. We danced till our feet fell off and I went a bit crazy, it was definitely a night to remember so I added some pictures of us going and how we looked. Me and my partner in crime Fatima are the only ladies I have snapped because the rest cover up I just couldn't snap them, so below are pictures for your viewing enjoy.

Us and the girls in the all important lift selfie.

That is it for this year from me I may add pictures of what I'm getting up to but my updates are mainly on twitter or Facebook and not forgetting selfies on Instagram. I pray you all have a merry Christmas and a Happy new year, 2014 brings you all joy and happiness and success but mainly smiles and inner peace because without that we are empty and lost. Lets make ourselves and everyone around us very happy, that is the key to happiness try and do something nice for someone special and see that the feeling you get is so wholesome.

Have a good one I will remember you all in my praying and think of me when you smile peace out and love to the world.

Wife V Mother-in law hot topic people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey people,

Hope your all doing well and in the best of health, I am good and back on the training loving it, honestly if your a regular runner and you stop then you feel fat and can't enjoy not doing it, so if you know how I feel get off your ass and run hahaha.

Anyway moving to today's topic yes you heard right I am talking about the weird and wonderful relationship between a mother-in law and daughter- inlaw, it's clear this relationship counts only IN LAW hahahaha. I haven't come across many people who get on with the mother of her husband because mothers won't let her son go in fear of loosing him and wife's take on the challenge, so there is no balance and I will go on to explain how a balance is kept.

Why do mothers make life so hard for the new bride even though they were once in that position, the problem is they all forget they were the daughter inlaw and wife with the same issues. I have come across so many mummies boys and if I am honest I would advise don't marry him, he won't come out the nappies and mummy won't stop spoon feeding him and changing him hahaha.

I know I am laughing a lot but the ladies who are reading this know exactly what I mean, women have mothers as well and we leave them to start a new life with our husbands but we always come across the difficult mother- inlaw which is such a shame. I am not saying the wife isn't to blame because sometimes we do put the husbands in a difficult position, but both of these women require love and that's why I insist balance is very important.

I have a friend who is of a traditional background and when she got married if they locked their bedroom door the mother inlaw used to say "why have you locked the door", WTF seriously she thought does this women not have a sense of privacy, the reason the door was locked was because her mother inlaw kept walking straight in the mornings without knocking. The funny part is when she would lock the door at bed time her husband used to say leave it open in case mum needs to come in, she tells me she wanted to smack him so hard just for saying that, trust me this guy and his mother are on another level of mummy baby love, she often wants to hand him back over to his mother even till today hahahaha.

So we have extremes but I believe that if both parties are good to each other there is no reason for a rift, it works both ways so if your having problems or creating them you know your in the wrong and 3 people will be unhappy the mother, wife and husband as there is no balance and life will be unbearable also something to understand is this problem never goes away. I have a favourite film I like watching it's Jennifer Lopez in Monster-inlaw the name says it all, this film is hilarious and well worth watching, the moral of the story is the fight never ends until both sides agree for a truce otherwise the atmosphere will always be tense.

I am a very fair individual and I say that because I have four brothers happily married and I am best friends with my sister-inlaws I am their friend and sister I always see there side of the story and try to make my mum understand, being a women she needs to think how she makes them feel if there is a problem. My mum bless her is old now and she has a short temper the plus side is she tells us all off equally and I am her only daughter, so the girls understand mum is all about equal opportunities hahahaha.

I say all this from experience and how is the balance kept, it's the mans job yes he needs to show both these women they are equally as special and not to hurt either in his quest to be the perfect son and husband. Now your gonna ask how is he gonna do that? men are not multi-taskers very true, clearly the wife needs her time and attention if she gets that she won't complain unless she is the evil sick twisted cow then your doomed. If he gives the mother that reassurance that she is special and his mother there will be no problems.

I hope you guys enjoyed this short but true factor in our life's, you just need to grin and bare it because we all hope for love from all the relationships we have, but some people are just not capable of that so we have to see who is worth the work.

Have a lovely day and peace and love to the world yours truly Sam..........

Dune shoes

Hey ladies,

I hope you're all doing well and looking forward to the coming festive season, so keeping that in mind I have been shoe researching, yes I found some excellent shoe picks for you from DUNE to add on your wish list from someone special, or a treat for yourself this merry Christmas.

Below are the shoes which are not only on trend but very wearable, ankle straps are the most wanted design this year and one plus sign about an ankle strap is the support it gives your walk, you will feel these type of shoes easier to walk in rather then your stilettos.

Here we have a copper ankle cuff sandal on black leather looks very nice and the heel isn't to thin so walking is within a comfort level. The gold chain sandal has a lower heel so very wearable and looks great.

This two tone ankle strap shoes is a funkier colour and I actually love it I can see myself wearing this with the right outfit.

This multi-coloured beauty is amazing as well again ankle strap, I love the colours used in this very party and special occasion style but looks great.

I love the colours on this style of shoe, this is more your smart heel so work or dinner wear shoes that's what I would class this as.

Flat shoes sparkle I am not a big fan but I always have to show you all variety.

The heel isn't so big on this shoe and the zip design looks so simple but great and its half suede and patent love that mix.

I don't normally love a different coloured heel or glass heels but theres something about this suede pair that I like it.

I had to snap the ceiling, they had shoe stuck to the ceiling it looked really cool had to share and show you.

The handbags looked good, this tassle bag is very on trend this fall.

Simple but chic leather handbags.

Finally some Christmas clutch sparkle because we all know diamonds are a girls best friend and for the ones who like it on everything I found some to have in your hands. I loved all of them so I took a group selfie of them, I hope you like all my picks because I only snapped the best for my ladies.

Have a lovely day people and if we have men viewing these then go out and buy your lady's personal style for Christmas, she will only love you more for it be spontaneous for a change you all have it in you.

Peace and love to you all yours truly Sam...............

Chanel bracelets..........

Good afternoon people,

I hope your all well and in the best of health, I know you think why does she always say that well firstly I wish the best for everyone and health is wealth people don't ever forget that. Now enough of the the sentimental stuff, coming to my day I just went for a super run and I am shattered my legs are killing me but I love it hahaha, there's nothing better then letting out aggression through a good work out.

Coming to today's blog it's all about Chanel jewellery, I haven't really blogged about accessories much so when I came across the items I am going to show you I was in love. When it comes to price this is the high end designer jewellery but I have to say I would buy these for sure, charms and links designs have been in fashion since the summer. I instantly fell in love with these pieces and had to share them, you can see the do's of statement jewellery with them, if you have a simple outfit all you need is one piece of statement jewellery to add that extra glam.

Below I start from my favourite bracelet and then other Chanel charms style bracelets to feast your eyes on.

\
When I am out shopping I have scanning eyes which are drawn to only the things which have pulling power and in this case this bracelet which once on me was screaming take me home.

I am the watch wearing type and I would replace the watch for this bracelet any day, I was actually so attached to this bracelet my friend had to drag me away. I love the gold chains style with some bling as you know sparkle is a girls best friend.

Above we have some charms style bracelets love them.

All of these were amazing but my favourite is the one I tried on for sure, overall having a cuff wrist piece or bracelet or watch is something I can't go without, I always have to have either. I also like to either wear a necklace or earring but never both together as I feel it's totally outdated.

Whatever you wear do it because it makes you who you are because it's a matter of your own personal style, I always blog about what looks great in my eyes as that's my opinion and neither do I state that I am the queen of fashion just like to inspire you with my loves and choices.

I hope you all have a lovely day and keep smiling because what do we have to loose, nothing right? peace and love to you all.

Tiptara Thai restaurant yummy

Hey people,

How are you fine ladies and gents doing today, as always I am fine and back on the running again thank god, I thought it's time to start training again sat on my bottom long enough playing patient. I had a great weekend it was a mixture of relaxation and some socialising, overall a great meal good company and lots of laughs.

Coming to the review me and the ladies went to the Palace downtown, Tiptara Thai cuisine and I have to say it was delicious I have never really eaten Thai before I came to Dubai and all my friends love it. I never even try to pronounce the dishes, it goes way past my head so I leave it to the Thai lovers to place the order, we had delicious starters, mains and so much more. The only after effect I had was the spicy food the steam come out my ears and everywhere else, even though the spicy dishes were hot I still enjoyed the meal and I don't like spicy food.

We were seated right next to the fountains in the outdoor seating area, I must say we had the best seats available, every half an hour the fountains would come on it was like something out of a movie a moment money can buy. The company was perfect and we had a great time it was perfect, this is the sort of place you want to visit with a special someone, I saw this sweet couple walk in holding hands and then instead of sitting opposite each other they sat side by side, it was so cute.

Below are pictures starting from me naturally then goes on to show the fountains the food and fun.

Naturally me goes first.

I had to snap as we drove in to show you the Burj Khalifa.

Christmas decorations near the valet parking, this year so many lights for christmas but it's not like back home.

As you can see we were on the balcony seating with amazing views, they were breathtaking views.

There's me trying a group selfie.

Me and Lippy trying to take a serious selfie but we burst out laughing.

Got some more ladies in this one.

Pow the fountains begin, I have made a video of Micheal Jackson's thriller music with the fountains go on my channel to see it Zedge Dubai on youtube.

Fountains behind me how romantic ahhh.

Yummy starters with a prawn soup so delicious.

My plate with a little of everything.

I had to snap the flower display with candles everything was amazing, the food the atmosphere and view of the palace hotel downtown is something to experience, I would highly recommend this restaurant and for some advice you need to book a few days before you want to go. The price of a meal can be very expensive but you have to try it I wouldn't say it otherwise.

Overall Tiptara gets a 10 out of 10 from me and that concludes the review I hope you all have a lovely day, I hope to come back tomorrow with some fashion fixes for my ladies.

Peace and love to you all yours truly Sam.......

XL beach club PARTYYYY

Hey people,

It's Friday ouuuuu yeh baby, for all those out of Dubai you can't wait to finish work and sleep to enjoy your weekend, I don't mean to rub it in but I started my weekend yesterday night and today I slept for the whole of Dubai I needed that sleep catch up.

Now back to the blog, on Wednesday I went to the Grand Habtoor in the XL beach club with my Partner in crime Adriana. It was Diamond Wednesdays with RnB Hip Hop, with Dj Brooklyn and Dj Shero, the music was banging haha that means really good and the atmosphere was so relaxed. This beach club is outdoors in the winters, you can see the Marina and JBR from inside with a blue sky and a slight chill, where at this time of year can you be outdoors clubbing oh yes only in Dubai people.

That's what I love about Dubai while its freezing back in the UK and here you can go anywhere you want in December with a blazer, sorry people I'm not rubbing it in but just trying to show you how and why I love Dubai. I met Lisa who is part of number 1 events in Dubai she is the promoter marketer and the lady who puts the F into fun, dirty people what did you think I was saying haha. Anyway she was telling me how at the XL beach club people are able to wear what they want and dress, they want to enjoy a relaxed chilled out evening. I saw people wearing trainers, hoodies and just dancing and enjoying themselves, I had a great night for sure.

Below are some pictures of the evening we had.

Me and beautiful Addy.

The Dj playing some great tunes he knew what people wanted to hear.

There is a pool in the middle and the tables are set around it.

Behind some of the tables there are small pools to sit in, naturally no one was in them but a great relaxed atmosphere.

The bar area and look shisha while standing and you can order food before 11.30 as well, so much to do and relaxed like you can't imagine.

See how you can see the marina no roof and what a view.

Tell me this doesn't look great I mean everything about this place is awesome, I came here with my friend Nadia and we have some good memories, so I enjoyed coming back here.

Look at how busy this place was on a Wednesday even though most of them are going work the next day but still in holiday mode in Dubai and caught this women winding haha.

Lights flashing on Addy isn't she beautiful.

Finally me and Kitty cat lol Adriana has the most beautiful eyes anyway enough of me admiring her.

Above I have taken a screenshot of the next event, No 1 events is hosting a Friday the 13th horror Edition tonight not to be missed, it's on the rooftop in N'dulge where you can get food shisha and amazing music. For those of you who don't know, this is in the Atlantis so if your staying there or coming there it's a great place to party.

Overall want to party then in Dubai the party never stops, I have decided I will put a weekly update of whats going on. Lisa is going to keep me in the loop with her events and I will pass that onto to my readers.

Have a lovely day, I'm off to enjoy my weekend so go and enjoy yours peace and love to you all.

Yours truly Sam................
