Ermanno Scervino dresses ouu lala!!!!!!

Hey people,

I couldn't leave without showing you a dress or two and here they are, I love the Ermanno Scervino dress because there isn't anything I dislike at all. The fury white coat I tried on was from here as well and now look at these dresses below so much class that I am lost for words the colours, material and finesse in the making was just too great. I will let the pictures do the talking as I know just by looking at them you will instantly fall in love people as I did especially the first one.

The colour and neck shape so different and very chic, front and back was so beautiful that you wont be able to just walk away from this dress.

This dress speaks volumes and doesn't need anything to take away the attention from it, simple studs would be fine with very natural make-up and a little burgundy smoke on the eyes perfect for a red carpet event.

These dresses were the same material but a different design, I also loved the colours they had to offer and I am normally not speechless but this time I was just in love.

This was the black from the front it has a tail and just on the knees from the front.

Lastly this white dress was to die for absolutely beautiful, I can see this as a wedding dress as well white and classy but I suppose people prefer alot of puffiness in a wedding dress I would go for a simpler design and this one was perrrrrfect.

Anyway I hope you loved these dresses as much as I did and I couldn't go without showing them it's the weekend enjoy people.

UAE national day and Dubai Won the EXPO 2020!!!!!!!!!

Hey people,

Hope your all well and having a wonderful day, its sunny again in Dubai good enough to sunbath, where do you get sunshine in end of November only in Dubai people. The atmosphere in Dubai is electric these days for a number of reasons firstly its UAE National day on the 2nd of December and we get 2 days holidays which means the kids get Sunday and Monday off school. It has been 42 years tomorrow that the UAE formed and has been rising ever since, Dubai is doing so well and going from strength to strength. Dubai won the Expo 2020 on Wednesday and the celebrations began, the Burj Khalifa had a fireworks display out of this world and a holiday was announced for Thursday.

People were so excited in Dubai that we would host the next expo, this will be great for Dubai as jobs will be created and investment will increase. For Dubai overall this is great for the economy and image, Dubai residents who live here were overly excited as Dubai tends to leave a love stain on your heart. Now we have a long weekend and it feels so good that I can't explain, we can rest and relax which is what we always do but you know what I mean.

My daughters school made a huge flag for National day but this flag has a twist, it has the whole school students hand prints on the flag in the UAE flag colours. The flag got some press coverage as it was the first hand printed flag made in the UAE, so we at Star have the edge on creativity. The flag making took 3 days and had the blood sweat and tears of the PTA team especially Mrs Noreen Hussain the trooper along with other parents.

Look at the size of the flag it was huge and looked so good I must say a proud moment for the school and the children, I don't think living in the UK we have celebrated this way for anything what I mean is I love England but Dubai steals everyone's heart and passion. When I first moved to Dubai it was so boring for me I wanted to leave and I used to tell people how I hate it here and now within a year I am in love with Dubai and can't even imagine leaving.

So people had to update you in whats happening in Dubai these days, I have some friends coming over for some poolside chilling, I'm getting ready to go down have a good day, tomorrow back onto the fashion fix with some new ideas and stories.

Roberto Cavalli......

Hey people,

Hope your well and in the best of health, I have had such a busy day but I enjoy being busy and that's the life of a Dubai Addict. I thought why not bring it back to some unique handbags, we all love Roberto Cavalli so when i saw these beauties I had to share. The shape and design is very different and for me a handbag says a lot about your taste and how daring you different you are. 

Animal print is always in so whether that be snake skin or calf skin etc, this will always be in fashion and I love the way this is brought out on these bags.

This blue colour is nice as well this season it would look great with any outfit.

I always love a gold or silver detail on a handbag which all these bags have with a very different one handle.

I found both of these bags cute a round shape with chains for a dinner or night out these are perfect.

I had to add a dress and blazer after all it is Roberto Cavalli, loved this dress and the blazers are always out of this world.

Flower power is the theme in the window and I loved everything they had, from bags to shoes. I hope you liked my short but sweet tasters from Cavalli this designer is true a cut above the rest in design for me he never disappoints.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and baby North West hahahaha......

Hey people,

I do hope your all well and having a good day so far, don't be miserable at work and listen to today's giggle. What do I mean by that is what your thinking, well as you can see that today we're talking about the Kim Kardashian and Kanye West subject. I love Kim honestly I do, her curves are amazing, she takes hour glass figure to the extremes and it's all real. She has been married before for 72 days and I guess she never found her soul mate, I really do think Kanye is the real love she was looking for, as they were friends before they got together.

When I see them together I just think awww, true love can come into your life even after a bad experience, they clearly are loved up and have welcomed their daughter called wait for it NORTH WEST hahaha, I swear these stars get away with murder I mean this is social suicide for the child. If your famous your stupid names becomes a trend and you can slide anything in, next babies in Hollywood will be named tree house lord knows what's next. I don't want to be a hater two people in love and they have welcomed a new life into the world, I so I got some love for these two.

Now the point wasn't to go into their love but to discuss Kanye West's new song and video where Kim is the love interest, I have to insist please watch the video. I am laughing even writing this, the truth has to be told I haven't heard a song so ridiculous and a video so stupidly pornographic that it's funny. Kim has got a reputation for her curves and style and Kanye is a reputable rapper, so I ask this in the nicest way WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND?.

Only when you watch this video you will think WTF hahaha, I am sorry but my friend Nadia was chatting with me on Skype and she insisted I watch the video so I did and she wouldn't tell me what was to come, I was shocked and thought this really can't be happening. I know these two are in love but have they gone deaf, dumb and blind, how can they not watch this video and listen to the music and see what we are seeing. I don't like slating anyone but seriously watch the bleeding video and tell me did you wet yourself laughing at how stupid and robotic they look it's not even hot, its ridiculous. 

Here they are on the bike, if you watch the explicit version on Youtube, Kim is topless with jeans. I know she has got her figure back partly but common, the video looks fake the bike is bouncing hence so are her bits, I was in tears of laughter that can you be so rich and famous and forget realism.

This is the kitten Kanye gifted to Kim, she loved the kitty but was alergic and had to give the kitten away as she was always ill with it around, I know your thinking how does she know so much the thing is I do watch the Kardashian bunch a lot on E entertainment, so you kind of get on the low down.

This is Kim after she had the baby, she went blonde and has changed her make-up style as well, I personally think she looks good.

Lastly here is kim prior to baby and doesn't she look gorgeous perfect skin, hair and everything else but why the hell she had to ruin her image in my head with the bloody video hahahaha, please watch it I never say something so passionately and by the way this isn't for children under 18 to watch as even I was having a hard time accepting it hahaha.

Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall winter 2013.....

Hello world,

Hope your all well and loving life, today I had my run and feel energized honestly if you want to release happy hormones then running is the solution. Not forgetting how great your legs look, my legs are looking great these days and I get so many compliments on how great they look, well there is no secret just running and eating well.

Today's designer is Marc by Marc Jacobs I have been looking to write about this designer but didn't find the pieces which blew me away, all the pictures I have got are from the Fall Autumn/Winter 2013 and I cannot fault anything so I thought lets blog the chic ready to wear outfits I found. 

I loved all these coats but my favourite is the pink with the belt, this not only looks great but I can imagine myself wearing it and now have the urge to go and try it on in store.

Again some fur in the middle looking fabulous.

Some amazing dress inspiration perfectly fitted and belts a must for coats and dresses.

Love this dress and look at the fur looks so chic, Marc by Marc Jacobs has really outdone itself.

The colours used for winter are really fun and amazing, Marc by Marc Jacobs is known for very different colours and designs then your normal designers.

I love all these three but my favourite is the white dress with prints on it.

Look at the prints and dresses, just amazing can be worn casually and they look really different, which sets them apart from other designers.

This black dress looks amazing for winter the longer sleeve reinvents the black dress.

These three looks are looking great but the no top was a bit too much, the shorts look nice on the bright side hahaha.

This trouser with the belt and a polar neck looks so chic and classy I instantly fell in love with this look for Fall winter 2013.

Lastly the hot shorts and Metallic shirt look so good together Marc by Marc Jacobs did not disappoint for this fall and I had to bring that to your attention. I hope you enjoyed the outfits I picked out for you and you can adjust this inspiration into your winter wardrobe.

Bobs fish and chips Dubai

Good afternoon from Dubai people,

The weather is just like the UK but not as cold, Dubai's winter has arrived and I love it, as long as it doesn't get colder we will be just fine. Yesterday and the whole weekend was so busy that I cannot explain, birthday parties and meeting friends for coffee, mani's and pedicures I won't complain sounds like the right type of weekend to me. 

Yesterday evening I felt like fish and chips UK style, with vinegar mushy peas the whole shabang. For me the best fish and chips in Dubai are at Bob's Fish and Chips in the marina near the Marina Yacht club, wait for it they even have valet parking, you can't get more luxury in Dubai then that when you feel like some fish and chips you have someone to park your car while you relax.

Since winter has arrived everyone has the patio heaters out, so naturally Bob's Fish and Chips were going to provide the best experience, I was so relaxed sitting outdoors in winter near a patio heater in mid November it can't get better then this.

Me and manaal with her silly faces throughout, she ate really well I think she missed fish and chips the old fashion way.

See the outdoors seating people were sitting with just jackets or nothing that's how good the weather is in winter.

I was sitting right near the patio heater with a blazer on, I didn't feel like getting up.

Walah here's my food served on a hot silver tray and no I didn't eat all that alone me and Manaal shared as I couldn't even attempt the whole tray, I poured vinegar all over, it's no fish and chips meal without vinegar. 

Mushy peas, you have to have tarter sauce and mushy peas, tasted amazing just like home and we ate till we were full loved it.

We ordered onion rings but didn't even get to eat them as we were full, plus they were very oily so I would suggest just stick to cod or haddock with chips. 

That's me about to tuck into my meal with a last selfie, we had an amazing time and always do, normally there is a guy dressed up as Charlie Chaplin to greet you and he wasn't there last night but normally is. The food is great and the menu has healthy fish options as well, so you have variety and comfort along with a great taste of fish and chips.

Whenever I get a call asking where to go for fish and chips I always direct people to bob's it's one not to miss. I'm off people not feeling great so I will be laying in bed and doing blog research, sometimes just relaxing is the best thing ever.

Positive thought equals Positive life......

Hey people,

Hope your all in the best of health and spirits, I personally am feeling great and would like to transfer good thoughts and energy's to you. Last night in Dubai there was a thunder storm and rain pouring like a monsoon, I love it so much that I opened my balcony door and the curtains and just lay there listening to it, it felt like I am back in England but sleeping in Dubai.

Positive attitude is today's topic and why is this important for success in life?, we can all easily complain that our life's are shitty or we are not living the dream, but to have all of that having a positive approach in life is important. My moto in life is to see everything in a positive light and work hard for what you want to achieve, nothing comes on a plate in life. We all want success without a fight unfortunately it doesn't work that way, there is always a story behind a successful person and being positive is key.

How do we do this even when the shit hits the fan in life, people call me iron lady because even though I have seen it all I still smile, I smile because why should I give up on laughter in life. Only when I saw the worst of life did I understand and realize how strong I was, what got me through it all was my POSITIVE attitude because I refuse to let anyone have control over that.

When you think why people have better then you and that your the victim in life, I would say bloody well get over yourself and get a grip. Take a minute and think for a moment are you breathing, do you have a roof over your head and clean food and water, then your not as bad as those people in war conditions who don't even know if they will be alive for the next meal, so no if your not going through that, then you need to wake up and smell the air. 

The best advice I would like to give is when you look at people who have more then you don't think I wish I had that, rather then that think they worked hard for it and must have a story behind their success. On the other side what I think you need to do is look at someone worse off then yourself and then thank god that your still better off. I have been there when I thought I was the victim and the why me shit, but to be honest I was wasting my time and energy on thinking negatively. 

What we need to do is think positive thoughts even when things are bad, we need to find things which make us happy doesn't matter what it is, uplift your mood. Stop annoying people with your negativity as I see so many Facebook status saying "cut out the negative people from your life", seriously someone is gonna get rid of you if you don't clean up your act hahaha.

Don't even say "easier said then done Sam" as I won't take that for an answer, we all have it in us smiling isn't hard and if the worst is happening to you what help is being negative doing for you. When you think positive and imagine you are walking into your success, no matter what it is you will achieve it,  however many knock backs I get that makes me fight back with a smile and life hasn't got a choice but to give into my Positive attitude.

Get your nice dress on or watch a chick flick, comedy whatever rocks your boat and get yourself in a happier mind frame, I m listening to Lady Gaga's new song 'Do watcha want with my body' featuring R Kelly. My mood and positive attitude comes from listening to my favorite song or watching a funny movie, or making people laugh and laughing till I cry myself, life is too short to worry about shit, because I want to go down smiling and making people feel my good energy and to inspire you all to think the same way.

I feel when I am with my friends I make them smile, I compliment them on their assets and show them they can be as happy or more. What affect do you have on your friends, if your not adding value even in the form of comfort or happiness then your not in a good frame of mind and need to bring yourself into the light.

Please don't think of life as a curse I have been there done that, instead get off your bottom and make your dreams a reality don't go down without a fight, the only thing I always tell my friends is if you haven't tried everything to achieve your goals, then you didn't work hard enough. the law of attraction even states that if you think of good things even ten minutes a day and behave as though you have them, then the whole universe works towards getting you there.

So overall I hope this was helpful ladies I speak from experience and my advice is always tried and tested, I just want to see people happy and the key to happiness is to understand and change when or what your doing wrong. Lets all think of those less fortunate, turn on the news and look at whats happening in the Philippines, after the ruins they are left with the losses of life's are we worse off then them?, you can't really say yes so just change that mind of yours, you have nothing to loose but to be happy and positive.

The Ralph Lauren man.....

Hey everyone,

Hope your all well and enjoying the weather, in Dubai it has been raining all day. All the children from school have been sent home as a storm was due to arrive in Dubai at 1 pm, the children arrived home but no storm has yet been sighted. I think Dubai isn't used to this type of weather and people are panicking, I think living in England we are immune to the rain and storms. For me personally I am in love with rain but it has to be fast pouring monsoon type, makes me all excited.

Lets talk about Ralph Lauren today, now I was going to do the ladies but I couldn't resist to show you, I like a man to dress with style and class and for me the Ralph Lauren man is the man for me. There were some really good suits, jackets and combinations which caught my eye so I just had to blog about men today. Hey ladies I know your thinking what the hell but please for a minute check it out, Christmas is coming up and maybe you just want this for your man so take a look.

I am a sucker for a man in a suit but not just any old suit, he has to be dressed crisp, that means all smart clean and smell good. I won't go on too much just take a look and tell me if I'm wrong, I think the gents would be glad that I finally wrote about men and to be honest I have had a lot of requests for it. 

I love the way these trousers with shirt and tie look, the dark combinations with a casual jacket is amazing.

I love the leather jacket, I like a leather jacket on a man but it can't be your pop bellied man, has to be a slimmer fit to look good.

This colour also looks nice.

I like the brown jacket but the long leather coat behind is a NO NO, as only a Ralph Lauren model can pull this off.

I'm not in love with this look but if you look like a model with abbs, then you can pull anything off.

Double breasted grey suit very smart.

As far as suits go this colour and style with a waist coat underneath looks great, I would ideally buy this if I was looking for what I want to buy for my man. 

This look won't suit just anyone but a hottie fits all hahaha.

Lastly I love this man bag, it felt and looked great so if your looking to buy your man some Ralph Lauren class then this is the ultimate gift, with the suit I showed you above. This is more a travel bag but I love it so much and had to take a snap to show you all.

I hope you enjoyed this post, for ladies the inspiration is for any man in your life to come or present now. So don't get your knickers twisted and enjoy viewing the way a man should be looking smooth and sleek.
