Today I am back on the high, I thought I lost my mojo but it was the Dubai clouds which were doing this to me. I have woken up today with a spring in my step and thought lets tell the blog readers about my Youtube channel, with links today.
I was advised by my friend Amina the media pro, that I should make my own videos, I told her it takes too much time. She insisted because her humour is just like mine, we can't stop laughing and joking when we are together so I have to give her the credit for getting me on this path for sure.
I have always had a soft spot for comedy and entertainment, as a young girl with some group of friends I used to write comedy sketches and choreograph Indian dances. So I loved being part of fun, I also worked for a local radio station with my friend. We used to do breakfast shows and moved to drive time, they were the best years of my life, as I was doing something I absolutely loved.
I Have to tell you a funny short story about my radio days, this friend and I used to do the breakfast shift together, so we would have to be at the radio station at 7.30 am to prepare to go live on air for 8 am. It was freezing cold outdoors at that time and inside the studio the heating was on and we had to wear something cooler.
My friend one day while we are live on air farts silently, It was my turn to speak so while I am reading the daily news I smell this foul smell. She had this bad habit of laughing loud, she was holding herself before she cracked up laughing, as soon as I smelt her I nearly fainted. God knows what shit she had ate the night before, but her natural gases were killing me.
It got worse I just about read the news and moved onto playing a music track and I threatened her with hand gestures that if she doesn't spray body spray or something, I will announce live on air that she farted. Well after hearing that, she was laughing even more and I was about to cry with disgust and laughter, I played a track and started yelling at my top over my voice.
She was laughing and about to reach for her spray, then the door opened and it was the dear old uncle who used to take messages and dedications for us. He walked in and when he came a little closer, he looked like he was going to be sick and faint, I think he looked dizzy and gave us the slip and walked off and while he was there my friend burst out laughing and I'm a sucker for funny stuff, so I cracked we were crying that's how bad it was. Ah those were the days I can't say this experience ended, next time I had a spray near me so when she pumped I sprayed her ass till she coughed and choked, she needed to learn a lesson because trapping me in a room and sharing her gases is not on.
Now when I am in Dubai I started my journey in blogging, then after my friend suggested this I made my first video, naturally I was very civilized and calm in the first video, but as I grew my confidence back I started loving this again. I can't tell you how much joy it brings me to make people smile and laugh, my uncle back in the UK always used to call me over to create a fun atmosphere.
I believe life is about living and loving, don't even entertain the nasty people and don't even say bad about them, as its not even worth talking about.

I will be doing some serious make-up tutorials as well but I started off funny, I will also be making videos of Dubai when I am out and about and show you Dubai through my eyes and phone.
