Breakfast and beach.....

Good afternoon world,

I hope your all in the best of health, enjoying your surroundings and spreading some love. Yesterday I went for a run, with my little running club on the Marina.
I wanted to invite the ladies around my house for breakfast, so I made my special spicy omelette. An laid a healthy spread for my girls, we had such a laugh talking about girly stuff. I can't discuss what we were talking about because that's a no entry for my readers, but believe me we laughed till we nearly cried.

I love the running club and breakfasts, we spoil each other and motivate one another. There is no way you can enjoy running as much alone, I mean we all listen to music, but are there for each other. I would advise if you want to get fitter, find yourself a running partner like us, from 2 we are 3 and hoping to increase the club.

 

 

There you go tadaaa, I made spicy omelette, with brown bread, cut some fruit. Some croissants for display, we didn't eat them though because were on a health kick you see.

 

We had a great time and ate loads, that's the thing about life good company and some laughs makes the world a better place. I had a shower and a nap after, and because of the medication I'm taking, I was drowsy like crazy but had a great morning.

 

 

Here's me and Manaal at the beach, this is the Umm Suqueim Beach in Jumeirah. Its the best beach, as it has the best view of the Burj Al Arab- the only 7 star hotel in the world. You can also see the Jumeirah Beach hotel from here, there is a park called the Umm Suqueim park opposite the beach great to take the kids, and have a picnic.

The view of the Burj Al Arab, at night it looks gorgeous, I normally go for walks on this beach at night. Feels like something out of a movie.
