Today I want to continue about Jodie, she is LJ's friend. For those of you who don't know Jodie, I would advise you read (LJ's penthouse and heartbreak), I wrote about her in that post. Well I didn't get much into the story, because that's where we ended it.
I thought a lot about what had happened to her, with her break-up and heartbreak. And I was anxious to find out how and what happened, so I rang LJ asking her if she had heard from Jodie. Well turns out they speak everyday on Skype, and LJ now knows the whole picture.

What happened after she regained consciousness, that's what I want to know just like you. It was close to Christmas time, when Jodie walked in on her boyfriend and best friend overly cozy. As you know she fainted, and was in shock for a month.
When she finally realized what had happened, her boyfriend was overly relaxed, wearing boxer shorts and socks, with a t-shirt thinking all is good. So she lost the plot that day, and threw him out on boxing day. I found that part funny, serves the twat right, he got thrown out in the freezing cold in his boxers, on boxing day, shame on him.
Her boyfriends name is Liam, he comes from Newcastle, and moved to London with her. He had no money, no clothes and no phone. She never let him back in, as that house belonged to her, and luckily she had no children so she wasn't bound to him.
Even though she wasn't bound to him, her heart was broken in a million pieces, and being with or without him, she had lost either way. She continued to cry and sob for months, she blocked everyone out of her life, as they wouldn't understand. She believed no one could help her get over this.
The best part of the story is that mystery man was under her nose, and she didn't see him at all. What I mean by this is, she used to meet one of her friends for coffee. And that's how she met him, he was her friends friend, they were introduced. What she didn't know, was that he saw her in a different light, she didn't think the same because she was in a different world. She couldn't get herself to look at who was around her. But he had the nicest smile, a warm personality, that's probably why she spoke to him, he was aware of her situation but he pretended he never knew.
Then one day they bump into each other in central London, again she was lost walking like a zombie, he said "hey Jodie how are you". She looked confused and then realized it was him. They had a chat, and he asked if she was free to have a coffee, she thought why not he's a good guy so she agreed.
While they sat to have coffee, one thing she did notice is he dressed really well. I thought look at her, heartbroken but at least she see's a good thing in front of her. She describes him like this, his hair were slick back, he had a stubble beard and had broad shoulders the way she likes it. She has a eye for it still, but who can blame her after what she went through.
Well even then she didn't see him in that way, because she had lost hope in men being capable of goodness. Well he asked her how she was and that she looked very upset. She gave him a brief of what happened, he said "I'm fascinated by your story". She said she couldn't believe he said that, and found his answer very weird. But he smiled the whole way, she found him easy to talk to, maybe that's why she opened up so well.
They exchanged number's, as she trusted him enough to befriend him. He asked her is she coming to a party that her friend was going to, she was also invited, and wasn't going to go, but she eventually decided to go.
She really did enjoy his company, but also knew all the girls who know him want to get with him, so he must be a womanizer. I mean she had a very open and party animal view of him.
Let me give you a breakdown of what he does, he is a hard working property tycoon in London. He has worked hard for all he has today, he doesn't flash his cash, and is very humble. He doesn't show off, and is ready to help people at a click. So his personality which she was yet to discover ,wasn't what she thought he was. Her friend always talks about him highly, so that's why she was able to even speak to him.
Anyway they met at the party again, this time she was pleased to see him, because she was comfortable with him. Jodie doesn't hate all men, because she has plenty of male friends since childhood, but you can understand why new comers are a no go.
Anyway he said "hi", and they had a chat here and there, but he kept his distance, until she was alone. Then he sat with her asked her how she was, she said high and low, but feeling ok now. He after a lot of beating around the bush, asked her what she wanted to do to make herself better.
She said any relationship or fling I have will be to make myself better, but I won't be sleeping around, it's not what I want.
So he asked her who will it be, she said I don't know but she said, "I'm not desperate, so he has to be a looker", they laughed. She also mentioned she wanted to be treated like a lady, and just forget all the crap she went through. Well he said, "it should be someone your comfortable with and you know of".
She said "there is no one I know, or who I find attractive enough to go out and let my hair down with".
He said "maybe they are in front of you and you don't know it", her heart started pounding thinking is he talking about himself, so she became bold and asked him. "you mean someone like you", he said "no I mean anyone you know".
Then he paused a few minutes and said, "yeh why not me". He said, "atleast you can trust me, I won't mess you about". No strings attached, just get to know each other. She told LJ, she was stunned and couldn't sleep that night, every time they went out or met in the day, girls were all over him. So she never saw him more then a friendly guy.
Well she thought why not old boyfriend is out the way, even though he stalks her now and then, but she had nothing to loose. So they went out on a date, but before the date, they were sending messages to each other, he was very bold and straight forward. She asked him, "are you doing all this because you feel sorry for me". Because one thing she didn't want is a pity date, well his reply blew her away.
He said," to be honest I am doing this because I want to, I think your sexy and I wanna tap that ass". She couldn't stop laughing she said, it was definitely something she needed, and it was helping her forget her sorrows.
It became quite clear what he wanted, but she didn't want more either, so she decided to go on that date. They met in a quiet little café, he picked her up from her house and they went for it. She had never felt this way before, but because of what she was going through, this was a bonus.
To be wanted is every women's dream, but men have one thing on their mind, this was becoming more and more clear to her.
They had some food and some flirtatious banter, Jodie says they have the same sense of humor, and he was so much fun to be with. She couldn't help compare him to the man she had been with for so long. Jodie went to university with her boyfriend, and they had done everything together, so you can imagine they were so close.
Anyway I wont leave you hanging the date was lovely, and she had a great time. They went to a bar, and had some drinks. She told LJ, when he is around her he is different, and on the phone a bit distant.
To that I would say men are complicated, you don't know what they are thinking, but what we know is don't bother figuring them out.
Coming to the point, at the bar there was music and a good atmosphere, well he got up to dance, as a lot of people were getting their groove on. Well she only just found out he knows how to shake that ass. He was a salsa instructor for 5 years, can this guy be the package anymore.
What he doesn't know is Jodie dances very well, but when he is there she starts doing the robot. So she lets him lead with his moves, she felt shivers down her spine, when he came up close and personal, but she felt comfortable with him being so close.
Personally I think she has had a rough time, something like this even though it's early ,will help her through her pain. She asked him when he became forward with her, "what is it that you like about me". Well he said he liked the well endowed parts of her body, and some personal stuff which she wouldn't say. I mean Jodie has got me hanging, what is happening between these two.
After dancing so close he whispered in her ear, "your going home with me tonight", she blushed and said, "I don't think I'm ready for that yet".
She said, "the furthest I'm going with you is a kiss". Well he took her to one side and said, "you need to decide either you are going to or not, it's one way or the other". She clearly said, "I'm not sleeping with you because I just can't".
Well that wasn't what the story was going towards later, because the chemistry between these two is electric, as she describes. She clearly isn't in love, and neither is Mr. Mystery, but whatever it is, you will love how they keep in touch and what they want.
We all like a happy ending but there's so much more to tell, I can't blog it anymore, will carry on this story another day. As this is her first date, there's so much more to come. Her story gets me excited, but piece by piece we will unravel what happened, because somewhere in the world, most of you ladies must have had such experiences........
